Chief of Event  - You’re part maestro and part bulldozer. You conduct the orchestra and you clear the road ahead. If that’s you, you might be perfect to help us build awesome PICL events and lead the team through the weekend fun. The Event Director is responsible for the overall production of League events, directing the event weekend itself and orchestrating much of the pre-event planning and post event follow-up to ensure that the event is successful. Event Operations Manager - Do you love dropping those oddly shaped blocks into place as you level up on Tetris? Or maybe Minecraft your way to more XP? Enjoy paying attention to details while solving the puzzle? Bring those super powers to the Event Operations Manager role as you oversee the planning and physical production of League events; infield setup, start/finish areas, pitzone, and parking. More info? Volunteer Coordinator - The world would be better if it followed your lead. You love people and you love bringing them together to build something amazing — in this case, PICL event weekends! You’ll rally troops in advance of the weekend, make sure those volunteers know where to go on the weekend, and whip up help when needed. Bring a big smile and find out more after the jump.

Race Official - You know the rules and so do I. A full commitment to making PICL events fun, smooth, fair, safe, and fun is what I’m thinking of. You oversee the fin-ish line. And yoooou work closely with the team to ensure that riders and teams have a fair field of play while understanding and demonstrating our commitment to youth development and just being awesome. Never gonna find out more, if you don’t click it now.

Course Setting Manager - You know those 3D image tests where you get a pic of one side of a block and you have to figure out what it looks like from the other side? If you’re like, “gimme a fourth dimension!” you might just love Course Setting. As you wrap your brain around the event plans and maps you lead the team that creates and destructs the course(s) for the weekend fun. Follow the path to more info by clicking the yellow bit.

Scoring Manager - Not TikTok; Tick, Tock. It is your time to shine while you time. Check reports, ensure accuracy. Get results organized on the site. Team with registration, awards, and announcing to create a fabulous event experience. Help with setup and tear down of timing. Potential to build to lead timer as events expand. RaceResult hardware and software experience? You’re talking our language.

Registration Manager - Information is your middle name. Maybe your first and last too. You greet everyone with a smile. You like to know what’s going on and you like to make connections. The Reg Mgr role provides the main point of information on site and coordinates closely with Results to make sure awards are locked down tight. For the 411, you know what to do.

Merchandise Manager - You’re bummed that the Carnival doesn’t come to town anymore because you were made to bring people into the tent. Bring your enthusiasm and style and make the PICL merch tent even more fun! Step right up, step right up, and click on through.

Adventure Coordinator - You know that there’s a big wide world out there to experience and want to bring that to the teams and coaches.
