SUMMER CAMP @ KINGDOM

  • July 28 - August 2, 2024

  • The dorms at Burke Mountain Academy in East Burke, VT which is home to Olympic alpine hopefuls during the school year.

  • Student-athletes $1200

    Coaches & Volunteers $0

  • All meals are included. Accommodations can be made for allergies and specific diets. Trail snacks and late night goodies will also available.

  • Student-athletes in 7th -12th grade who have participated in at least one season with any NICA league by the start of camp.

  • All Level 2 and 3 coaches with a camp addition to their license are eligible to coach. Priority for campers is given to those that have a parent and/or guardian who is willing and available to help. Both riding and non-riding support is needed including shuttle drivers, house parents, mechanics and camp admin.

  • There is space for 56 student-athletes.

  • The trails at Kingdom are well maintained, purpose built, and safely within NICA risk management confines. The trails are quintessential east coast riding. The New York and New Jersey NICA Leagues have camps at the same location every year.

  • Parents and/or guardians can drop off and pick up their student-athlete off at camp in East Burke. We are currently looking into the group shuttle option to reduce back and forth travel.

  • Coming soon!

  • Student-athletes of all levels are welcome, however they are out riding from 9 am - 4 pm. During that time, there is plenty of opportunity for resting, taking pictures, trail side lunch, however participants should be able to complete at least 3 hours of riding per day.

  • Yes, a payment plan will be set up and available shortly.

  • Student-athletes will return home with tons of high quality miles in their legs, new friends, and fresh skills. We think it’s a great way to be prepped for the fall season.

Summer Camp - a week filled with epic riding on Vermont’s Kingdom Trails - is a place where student-athletes from across PA can gather, ride bikes, play in the woods, and build friendships while sharpening skills on the beautiful trails at Kingdom in Northern VT.

Participants stay in one of six dormitories and eat all meals together in the modern dining hall. The campus is ideally located just a short bike ride from “downtown” East Burke, VT, and surrounded by a network of over 100 miles of cross-country single track to explore.

Camp staff is comprised of experienced and certified NICA coaches.

We hope you’ll join us!
