To date PICL has supplied qualifying teams over 230 mountain bikes in order to help lower the barrier for new riders become involved in the league activities. The program began in 2022 with support from DCNR and Trek.

In 2025, 11 teams are receiving loaner bikes. Since May teams have been picking up their fleet of Marlin 6 bikes from local Trek stores. Positive news is already being reported from teams.

Along with Delco Revolution, teams like Pittsburgh North, Ruach and BCYC are able to use these bikes during try-its, skills clinics and early season practice days.

The application process begins every February and teams are chosen by mid-April.
