I'm Dee Gavlick. I am one of the PICL Race Officials and Timers. You will always find me near the finish line to make sure our races are fair and safe for all student athletes.  I have been a race official with PICL since 2019.  

What I love most at the races is cheering the PICL riders as they race past the finish line.

When I’m not at the races you will find me coaching for the Phoenixville Inferno and Perkiomen Valley Vikings teams. Outside of NICA, I also coach for Ninja Mountain Bike Clinics on the East Coast where I specialize in teaching fundamentals clinics for Women’s, Co-Ed, and Ninja Kids programs.

I am passionate about helping anyone learn new skills to become the best rider they can be. I am a NICA Coach Trainer, NICA L3 Coach, and Ninja Fundamentals coach. I have BICP Level 1, Level 2, and Ride Leader certifications.

In my spare time, I am a project manager for Veeva Systems. In this role, I help my clients implement cloud-based software to manage pharmaceutical drug approvals.
