Event Crew Openings

Event Manager - Part maestro, part problem-solver. Lead the event team and help keep the weekend organized, moving, and fun from setup through wrap-up.

Operations Manager - Love solving puzzles and putting all the pieces in place? Lead the physical setup of the event, including the infield, start/finish, Pit Zone, and parking.

Volunteer Coordinator - People are your superpower. Welcome, organize, and support the volunteers who make PICL events possible.

Lead Course Marshal - Keep eyes on the course and riders rolling safely. Coordinate the marshal team, manage radio communication, and help respond when something needs attention.

Race Official - Help keep racing safe, fair, and fun. Oversee the finish line, support riders and teams, and help apply PICL rules with youth development at the center.

Course Setting Manager - See a course map and immediately start putting the pieces together? Lead the crew that marks, builds, and breaks down the weekend’s race courses.

Timing & Scoring Manager - Make every second count! Help manage timing and results while working with registration, announcing, and awards to keep race day running smoothly.

Registration Manager - Be the friendly face where everyone comes for answers. Welcome riders and families, share event information, and help keep registration and awards organized.

Merchandise Manager - Bring the energy to the PICL merch tent! Help riders and families find their favorite gear and make the tent a fun stop during the weekend.
