Guided by NICA’s mission, vision, and values, we aim to inspire these same principles in the coaches, volunteers, and student-athletes who make up our League community.

Our team works hard to ensure that students across Pennsylvania have access to both competitive and adventure-based cycling experiences, along with opportunities for trail stewardship and outdoor engagement.

Our ultimate hope? That Pennsylvania youth, their families and communities discover a lifelong love for bikes and the outdoors—carrying with them the confidence, joy, and connection that cycling brings.
