JILL MORGAN grew up in southeastern Pennsylvania after relocating from northern Virginia. She attended college in New Hampshire, earning a degree in Art with a minor in Business - and developing a lasting appreciation for the outdoors.

Jill began cycling in the early ’90s, participating in mountain biking, cyclocross, triathlons, and adventure racing before finding her stride and love for singletrack, dirt, and gravel. Drawn to the therapeutic, empowering, and community aspects of cycling, she eventually shifted away from the competitive side of the sport in favor of greater engagement and connection.

After hearing from friends that a Pennsylvania youth mountain bike league had been created, Jill attended the first PICL Leaders’ Summit and asked Mike Kuhn a simple question: “How can I help?” That question led to her serving as Registration Lead and Treasurer for the Pennsylvania League.

Professionally, Jill brings more than 21 years of experience in the IT field, where she manages engineering teams, oversees complex initiatives, and supports women in technology through mentorship and professional networks.

Jill lives in East Norriton with her dog, Lucy, and two cats, Charlie and Biggs—who keep household operations running smoothly and occasionally allow her time out on the bike.
